All sales are final. Unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges. Due to hygiene reasons, if you have already worn any of your Stay Soft Apparel they will not be accepted for returns. No exceptions.

If your order is damaged, we sent the wrong product, contact us and we will take care of it!
We are not responsible for any loss or delayed packages due to the postal service. For pins, we are not responsible for any losses due to faulty pin backings or damages due to courier.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
